Hearten Handcrafted is a small business in Hurst, Texas created to make and sell wax melts with the goal of making people happy.

My name is Meagan, and I am the owner and creator of Hearten Handcrafted. You can purchase our wax melts through our Etsy store. Currently, we are selling 12 different wax melts based off the Straw Hat Pirates from the anime/manga, One Piece. I have been a huge fan of the show for almost 15 years, and thought it would be a fun experiment to see if I could come up with a scent for each Straw Hat. I loved the results so much, I wanted to share it with others who might as well.

Spring of 2022 I moved in with my mother to help provide assistance for her. I left my day job, and this left a lot of free time. I wanted to do something that could help my mother, make me happy, and give me my own sense of accomplishment. My mother is sensitive to a lot of fragrances and chemicals, so I liked the idea of designing my own candles and wax melts since we both loved them. Due to her sensitive skin, I started experimenting with sugar scrubs and body butters as well, but for now, those are remaining for our personal use. I do hope to add my body products to my Etsy store in the future.

We're starting small, but I have dreams and goals for Hearten Handcrafted.
