Update

Hello,

It’s almost been a month since I launched my Etsy store. I am proud of the product photos I took. I love how they turned out. I have seen traffic is getting to the store, but no one has purchased anything yet. I am not worried, as I know it can take time to get going. I do plan to have a Black Friday sale, as well as multiple exciting things coming to the store soon.

I did run a 1 week long sale on my wax melts, that I am unsure if it helped get more eyes on my business or not. I personally believe that many people are nervous about buying a product that has no reviews, so they are hesitant to be the first.

I recently made a recipe for body balms that I love. I have been testing them the last two months, both myself and others. My mother uses it on her feet, and she has been reporting that it has made a big improvement for her. I use it every night on my feet before I go to bed. I definitely feel a hug difference compared to when I started.. I also carry one when I leave the house to use on my hands and arms. I have gave a couple to family friends to try, and they both seem to enjoy it. I am hoping to add them to the Etsy store soon, I think they will be great with the cold weather coming.

I have been making my sugar scrubs for years. They’ve been a big hit at Christmas time as gifts. My oldest nephew’s girlfriend says she looks forward to it every year. I have family who ask for more every month. I think this would be a great addition to my product line. And I felt that if I am adding the body balms, it would be a perfect time to add the sugar scrubs. I will try to post another update about the products once they are in the store.

I am excited about the changes to come. I hope everyone enjoys them as much as I do.
